PPS are the authorised service provider for the Luescher range of CtP machines in the United Kingdom.

 

Our Engineers have extensive CtP knowledge and experience gained over many years in the graphic arts and prepress industry. This

experience is now focused on service and maintenance of the Luescher range of CtP machines. All our Engineers have been trained at

the Luescher Technical Training School in Switzerland and are qualified to provide all the necessary engineering skills, application knowledge

and technical advice to our customer base.  

 

PPS have an excellent working relationship with Luescher Technologies AG. The quality of the service we provide has been recognised

by Luescher. We are proud to honour the warranty issued by the manufacturer and to be their UK representatives.

 

To further enhance our commitment to our Luescher customers we stock the full range of recommended spares and have equipped

ourselves with many specialist tools.  In our experience this gets the job done more quickly and effectively, thus maintaining machine up-time

and productivity.

production facility in Naples we believe that the simplicity and innovative features of One® CtP

Plate calibration and configuration.  PPS provide an independent and discrete service to plate manufacturers when they introduce their

plates to a new customer. Our experience in optical calibration and by liaising with the Plate Technicians ensures that their product receives

the highest chance of success.

 

Kodak, Screen, Heidelberg.  The PPS skill set includes CtP machines from other manufacturers, in particular: Scitex/ Creo/Kodak Lotem,

Fibre Head and Quantum series. We specialise in the calibration of the Thermal Head 2 within the Quantum series, especially for

Stochastic Screening.

Preferred service provider.  The quality of service provided by PPS has been recognised by Insurance Companies such that we

are now recognised as a “preferred service provider” to respond to their clients’ needs in times of crisis.

ABOUT TOBIAS ASSOCIATES

 

Tobias Associates, Inc., is a progressive family-owned manufacturer of innovative graphic arts equipment. In addition to the printing industry, Tobias also serves the photographic, micrographic, radiographic, pulp and paper, and electronic publishing industries.

The company was founded by Philip E. Tobias in Glenside, Pennsylvania in 1959, as a graphic arts consulting business.
