easyDot consists of a digital microscope incorporating Centurfax dotmeter software and a specially developed Centurfax app for standard Android devices such as the Nexus 7 from Google. The product package is capable of providing the percentage dot value of a scanned patch and the image view on the tablet screen.
Feedback via the easyDot Android tablet interface will provide fast, accurate details of the dot percentage which in-turn enables efficient calibration of the output engine, whether that be a computer-to-plate device or a computer-to-film solution.

microDot is a simple but highly effective solution for measuring film, plates and print using proven “made in Britain” software from ccDotmeter.
Easy to install software runs on any laptop or desktop PC and interfaces with a portable, lightweight and rechargeable microscope unit. This cost-effective quality control combination is capable of calculating screen ruling, percentage dot value, and screen angle on film, printing plate, and litho printed output.
Both image and data can be stored for future use, analysis or quality control, or emailed for further evaluation by management, technical experts, or suppliers. Saved images can be used for future reference or to compare set-up when reading multiple colour plates.
