I am a Wellbeing and Business Coach and recently appointed, Programme Director at People Power Coaching Ltd. Passionate about business and dedicated to making

a difference to the strategy and standards of SME’s, Instrumental in the creation, planning and delivery of 'a.i.m' a leadership and development programme for Managers

working within those organisations.

I am now in a position where I can support others to be successful through coaching and mentoring, I have a very logical, common sense approach and an ability to ask the ‘killer’ questions which may challenge both your personal and business perceptions.

My ability to achieve results through people, stems from extensive past experience as the influential Managing Director of the family business, where my highly motivating

attitude and calm, caring style were the key drivers in maintaining a forward thinking, collaborative workforce.

Instantly able to sense the challenges and opportunities faced within an organisation, my aim is to bring about the positive change that will strengthen working relationships within and allow everyone to perform at their best.

Working remotely, managing national accounts, securing TV hours for top craft brands and co-ordinating products and demonstrators for live craft hours. Maintaining relations with key suppliers, customer focus and developing brand awareness with the aim of increasing sales via trade shows, workshops, website and social media.

Developed new business channels through the launch of a new website, accessing the end consumer, growing our database. The website facilitated on line purchasing for trade customers provided educational videos, blogs and an associated Social networking also developing a presence in the Education (schools) market.

Networked with other business owners from a variety of industries, gaining valuable knowledge and insight to best business practices and the opportunity to develop coaching and mentoring skills.

November 2007 – February 2011 (3 years 4 months)

 

Re-located and re-structured the business by instigating a major re-structure of the business; this involved head count reduction and a re-location from our old Mill style premises in Colne, to a newer, more efficient facility in Blackburn. The re-location enabled me to reduce the operation costs by 50%. Restructured the management within the Company, to become the sole Director. Secured Majority Shareholding, and ownership of F.W.Bramwell through purchasing the shareholdings of my brothers, taking sole control of the company
