be thrown out and banned. If a man is abused by the management whilst he is peacefully enjoying his time at a dance and is thrown out and banned,
WHAT happens, APPARENTLY NOTHING!!!!
Social Dancers have the RIGHT to expect
RESPECT - INTEGRITY - HONESTY
Right of Peaceful Enjoyment: A universal fundamental covenant that promises that the social dancer will be able to dance unhindered and untroubled on the dance floor and at the venue in peace, without disturbance by hostile DJs.

It is no surprise that David Baldwin has not responded and provided an explanation as to his behavior of 17th November 2017.
It is now incumbent on DanceEventsNorthWest Ltd - Blackburn, The Longfield Suite - Prestwich, The Poplar Club - Accrington, St Joseph’s Catholic Club - Chorley and UKA Dance - Blackpool; to explain their collective behavior with regards to the dance scandal of our generation - SocialDancerGate.

has impaired the inherent right of a social dancer for peaceful enjoyment.
If Dance Organizers - Dance Venues - Dance Associations - Event Management - Local Authorities - Local Politicians fail to respect and support the best interests of innocent social dancers (who are also members of the public). Social Dancers are entitled to take the measures necessary to maintain respect and bring an end to the abhorrent behavior and overt discrimination exemplified by TimeOutDavidBaldwin -SocialDancerGate.
Social Dancers are equally entitled to a level of respect and support which should be designed and subsequently conducted in accordance with recognized best practice and ethical standards.
Social dancers have the right to expect Dance Organizers - Dance Venues - Dance Associations - Event Management - Local Authorities - Local Politicians to use and adhere to commonly accepted standards to assess, confirm and improve their governance, social management policies and practice and to be accountable to social dancers within their domain of influence.
Dance Organizers - Dance Venues - Dance Associations - Event Management - Local Authorities - Local Politicians have implicit responsibility to protect and safeguard Social Dancers from the unwarranted actions of Dance Organizers.
SocialDancerGate is a clear case of abuse of a social dancer. It is the very scenario that the Legislatory & Regulatory framework has been designed and is expected to confront, manage & control this type of unwarranted behavior.
‘SocialDancerGate was PEOPLE FAILURE. Failure by the Dance Organisers, the Dance Venues and the Dance Association to respect the Social Dancer, failure to support the Social Dancer and failure to protect the Social Dancer.’
