Would love to know what is going on at B&Q

Have tried to get another 2.5l of Brooklyn Soft Sheen. Last Friday went into Trafford Park having ordered online to find that there was none in stock, now have to wait 7 days to get the monies back? Went online today and were told that there were two x in stock went around to the store to select from the shelf on Aisle 17 (as informed) but there were none on the shelf.
