The astounding & enlightening story of the contract made with Marks-3zet of Mulheim, Germany in June 2015 and the long, long saga of being paid on that contract.

TimeOutMarks3zet - The Story So Far (Version. 1 published Friday 3rd February 2017) is the evolving story of how Marks-3zet after having agreed a contract for work progressively avoided both paying on time (they paid three months late) per the agreement and then not paying at all (they still owe for nine months plus interest) for the professional services agreed for and provided to them.

We have been deeply disappointed to discover that despite our fees for professional services having been agreed with and which were provided to Marks-3zet. that it has been impossible to be paid on that same agreement’ We hope that our experiences outlined above plus the significant ‘subsequent and consequent’ attention that will highlight the failings (primarily with one party only) which appear inherent in their current business management model (and evidenced by our own direct experiences above on how is it that several Marks-3zet staff cannot reply or engage in communications) will encourage them to re-dedicate themselves seriously and sincerely towards making a concerted effort to support their professional business partnerships in the future.
