Spent the morning yesterday at Salford University, (Alumni 2008 – 2010) MACT, MEnt (IP), PhD (IPBP) as a visiting academic on an overcast summer’s day and before the bright yellow globe in the sky came beaming down!!! (September 2021).
Salford’s Peel Park Campus sights include: 1) Maxwell Hall, Main Reception & Salford Business School (MEnt (IP) – Master’s in Enterprise Technology). 2) View Towards Manchester City Centre a mile away. 3) Aerial View of Peel Hall Campus. 4) Peel Building & Peel Hall. 5) Newton Building. 6) University Allee. 7) New Adelphi Building. 8) Lady Hall Building. 9) Salford Museum & Art Gallery. 10) Old Adelphi Building (MACT - Master in Creative Technology). Salford’s Media City Campus sights include 11) Media City Outline. 12) Media City Salford University Building.
I would agree with the Salford University’s own promotional material as follows: ‘Our forward-thinking approach has powered progress for 125 years. Today, our unstoppable institution is bolstered by countless industry initiatives and innovative research programmes, building a thriving education community in Salford and beyond. We are dedicated to improving outcomes for people, communities, the economy, and environment through everything we do’.
Our research work at Salford University via the Homigenesis Institute explores the economic, political, and demographic opportunities which help to inform and support our lives in the 2000s. In particular, ‘Ecclesiast, Community without Politics’ (PhD (IPBP) celebrates Greater Eccles (Cadishead, Irlam, Peel Green, Patricroft, Winton, Worsley, Monton, Ellesmere Park, Eccles & Barton) as the world’s first meaningfully sovereign community.
